We are well versed in project managing new IFS implementations, a system upgrade or reimplementation. We have experience being involved from pre project kick-off to joining the team part way through. We have used our experience to manage service and maintenance, HR and supply chain projects. Bespoke Development
IFS is a complex system but might not offer the complete functionality you require to run your business. We offer bespoke development to enhance the system to meet the specific requirements of your users and business operation. This could include adding in automation or customer fields or adapting the UI to meet operation requirements.
Consultancy
