Techris Consulting is part of the team delivering IFS Cloud to the UK’s largest dental care provider, which services around 4 million patients per year, across 550 practices.
As part of their digital transformation journey, Techris Consulting has provided the lead consultant for the facilities management workstream. The role covers the Service and Maintenance and HR Incident Reporting modules and supports the technical aspects of the HR Workday integration for Expense Management within IFS Cloud.
We will be overseeing the implementation of Mobile Work Order over 550 individual sites and integrating the work order process with the b2b portal for contractor management. We are heavily involved in the process design to ensure the client has a full end to end workflow between the registration, execution and closure of work tasks between the end users, central support function and contractors.

Rethink processes and reduce the number of required customisations and evaluate opportunities for using standard IFS functions.

Highlight any opportunities and pitfalls by mapping existing processes onto IFS.
